Changes to Purpose of Use

- This service uses Firebase Authentication for managing login authentication information. Firebase Authentication is sent login authentication information such as email addresses and passwords.
- This service uses Google Analytics to understand usage conditions such as the number of accesses, stay time, and usage environment by page. Google Analytics is sent information such as identifiers recorded on devices, IP addresses, URLs of sites viewed, and app screen names. To stop the use of cookies by Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Add-on.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, the following cases do not fall under the provision of personal information to third parties:
- When the Operator entrusts all or part of the handling of personal information within the necessary scope to achieve the purpose of use
- When personal information is provided as a result of business succession due to merger or other reasons
- When personal information is jointly used with a specific person, and the user is notified or can easily know in advance about the joint use, the items of personal information to be jointly used, the scope of joint users, the purpose of use by the users, and the name or title of the person responsible for managing the personal information
Disclosure of Personal Information
- When requested by the user to disclose personal information, the Operator will disclose it to the user. However, if disclosure falls under any of the following, all or part of the information may not be disclosed, and if a decision not to disclose is made, the user will be notified. A fee of 1,000 yen per case will be charged for the disclosure of personal information.
- If there is a risk of harming the rights or interests of the user or a third party
- If there is a risk of significantly hindering the proper execution of the Operator's business

- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, in principle, information other than personal information such as history information and characteristic information will not be disclosed.
Correction and Deletion of Personal Information
- If a user's personal information held by the Operator is incorrect, the user may request the Operator to correct, add, or delete (hereinafter referred to as "correction, etc.") the personal information through the procedures specified by the Operator.
- If the Operator deems it necessary to respond to the request based on the preceding paragraph, the Operator will correct the personal information.
- When the Operator makes corrections, etc., or decides not to make corrections, etc., based on the preceding paragraph, the Operator will notify the user.
Suspension of Use of Personal Information
- If a user requests the suspension or deletion (hereinafter referred to as "suspension, etc.") of the use of personal information due to reasons such as the information being handled beyond the scope of the purpose of use or being obtained by fraudulent means, the Operator will conduct the necessary investigation.
- Based on the investigation results, if it is deemed necessary to respond to the request, the Operator will suspend the use of the personal information.
- Notwithstanding the provisions of the preceding paragraph, if the suspension, etc., of use involves a large amount of cost or is otherwise difficult to carry out, and if alternative measures can be taken to protect the user's rights and interests, such alternative measures will be taken.
Changes to Privacy Policy
- The contents of this Policy can be changed without notifying the user, except as otherwise provided by law or this Policy.
- Unless otherwise specified by the Operator, the changed privacy policy will take effect from the time it is posted on this website.
